Ishwarshakti Holdings closes trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results

Ishwarshakti Holdings & Traders Limited will close its trading window for all Connected Persons, Directors, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
