R M Drip And Sprinklers Systems Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
