Chiraharit Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from the start of business hours on October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
