Hikal Ltd. will restrict trading for insiders awaiting financial results in late 2026

Hikal Ltd. will close its trading window for trading in the company's securities for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
