Swagtam Trading restricts trading for insiders pending quarterly results release in late 2026

Swagtam Trading & Services Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and employees from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the un audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, are publicly released, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
