Standard Shoe Sole closes trading window ahead of second quarter financial results

Standard Shoe Sole And Mould (India) Ltd. informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
