Blue Star Limited to review financial results at board meeting on October 29, 2026

Blue Star Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 29, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for designated persons will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, to Saturday, October 31, 2026, inclusive, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
