New Swan Multitech closes trading window for insiders pending financial results release

New Swan Multitech Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, are released.
