Associated Coaters Limited halts trading for insiders following regulatory guidelines

Associated Coaters Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the company will also freeze the Permanent Account Numbers of designated persons and their immediate relatives with National Securities Depository Limited during the closure period.
