Haryana Leather Chemicals Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for its directors and designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, in connection with the finalization and approval of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the results are disseminated.
