HMA Agro Industries closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

HMA Agro Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for its securities will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
