Macfos Limited closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

Macfos Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for its Designated Persons, including their immediate relatives, will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct.
