Zim Laboratories will restrict trading for insiders ahead of Q3 2026 results

Zim Laboratories Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it will close the trading window for dealing with securities of the company for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, reopening 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
