Swan Defence restricts employee trading ahead of financial results announcement in 2026

Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited, formerly known as Reliance Naval and Engineering Limited, will close its trading window for designated employees and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, to the stock exchanges, and designated persons have had their PANs frozen at the security level.
