Saregama India restricts trading for insiders pending Q2/H1 financial results release

Saregama India Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, for the financial year 2026-2027, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
