Aegis Logistics Limited plans to raise up to Rs 6,000 crore through a combination of equity shares, bonds including foreign currency convertible bonds, American Depository Receipts, Global Depository Receipts, debentures, and other securities via public, private, or institutional placements, subject to shareholder approval. The company is authorized to raise the funds in one or more tranches, denominated in either rupees or foreign currencies, and the specific terms and conditions, including pricing and number of securities, will be determined by the Board or a committee thereof, pending regulatory approvals. The Board also approved an increase in borrowing limits up to Rs 6,000 crore and authorization to create charges on assets, alongside a Fund Raising Committee to implement the proposal.
