Arihant Superstructures restricts trading for insiders awaiting September 2026 financial results

Arihant Superstructures Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, including directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, become generally available, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
