Borana Weaves Limited will close its trading window for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and Insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
