Hemang Resources closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of results release

Hemang Resources Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
