Mayur Uniquoters Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, for directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, designated persons/employees, and their immediate relatives, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
