Indosolar Limited restricts trading for insiders pending financial results release in late 2026

Indosolar Limited will close its trading window for directors, key management personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives/connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
