Laxmipati Engineering Works Limited informed BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
