Conart Engineers closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results review

Conart Engineers Limited informed BSE Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons, including immediate relatives and connected persons, from October 1, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for consideration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026; the window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared to the stock exchange, and the date of the board meeting for consideration of the results will be communicated later.
