ASM Technologies closes trading window for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

ASM Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all directors, designated persons, and other covered individuals from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and period ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
