Mold-Tek Technologies Limited has fixed October 09, 2026, as the record date for the allotment of bonus equity shares in the proportion of 1 (One) bonus equity share of Rs 2 each for every 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share of Rs 2 each held by the Members, according to a regulatory filing on September 28, 2026. The bonus shares will be distributed to shareholders whose names appear on the register as of the record date, and the deemed date of allotment is October 12, 2026.
