GHV Infra Projects Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, and until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
