Sangam (India) Limited closes trading window ahead of quarterly results declaration

Sangam (India) Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of audited/unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, for directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons.
