PDS Limited halts trading for insiders pending financial results announcement

PDS Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives, from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
