Spindex Limited, will close its trading window for promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
