Jonjua Overseas Limited will close its trading window for all insiders, directors, promoters, and designated employees from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after a board meeting to consider financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
