Shree Rajasthan Syntex closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for its securities will be closed for directors, officers, and designated employees, and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
