Simran Farms Limited closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Simran Farms Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
