Cantabil Retail India Limited closes securities trading window ahead of quarterly results

Cantabil Retail India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
