Shanti Gold International invested Rs 88.33 crore to acquire a stake in Ratnaveer Precision Engineering

Shanti Gold International Limited announced it has invested Rs 88,33,33,245 to acquire 2,65,000 equity shares of Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited through a secondary market purchase, representing approximately 0.37% of Ratnaveer’s paid-up equity share capital, with a weighted average price of Rs 333.33 per share. Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited, incorporated on February 20, 2002, is a manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel products and reported a turnover of Rs 1,068.74 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26.
