AVG Logistics closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

AVG Logistics Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
