Sashwat Technocrats Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by insiders will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
