Kirloskar Brothers Limited will close its trading window for securities transactions from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by the Insiders’.
