Equilateral Enterprises closes share trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Equilateral Enterprises Limited, formerly known as Surya Industrial Corporation Limited, informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its shares will be closed for directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI’s insider trading regulations.
