Tavexia Lifecare Limited, formerly Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited, informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in shares of the company will be closed for all directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, effective October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
