Titagarh Rail Systems closes trading window ahead of quarterly results declaration

Titagarh Rail Systems Limited informed the BSE and NSE that the trading window for its designated persons and insiders will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015.
