Radaan Media Works closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement

Radaan Media Works India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for promoters, directors, officers, other designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company's code of conduct, ahead of the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the results are announced.
