GYFTR Limited, formerly known as LKP Finance Limited, will close its trading window for “Designated Persons” and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
