India Pesticides closes trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results

India Pesticides Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider the results will be announced later.
