Modison Limited to halt equity share trading ahead of financial results announcement

Modison Limited will close its trading window for equity shares from October 1, 2026, in preparation for the finalization of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared, and the date of the board meeting to consider and approve the results will be announced later.
