OneSource Specialty Pharma allotted equity shares under its ESOP plan, increasing share capital

OneSource Specialty Pharma Limited announced the allotment of 900 equity shares of Indian Rupees 1 each under its OneSource ESOP 2021 plan to an eligible employee, according to a circular resolution passed by the company’s Management Committee on September 25, 2026. The allotment increased the company's paid-up share capital from Indian Rupees 11,46,72,891 to Indian Rupees 11,46,73,791, comprising 11,46,73,791 equity shares.
