Hemo Organic receives Rs 31.875 million from warrant conversion by Vacro and Qmin

Hemo Organic Limited announced the allotment of 34,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares following the conversion of an equal number of convertible warrants, as per regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The allotment, made to Vacro Enterprises Private Limited and Qmin Realities Private Limited, involved a consideration of Rs 12.50 per share, with a premium of Rs 2.50, and aggregated to Rs 3,18,75,000 received in two tranches. Consequently, the company’s paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 3,46,59,000 to Rs 6,86,59,000.
