Hemo Organic receives Rs 3.19 crore from Vacro and Qmin via warrant conversion

Hemo Organic Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 34,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares following the conversion of an equal number of convertible warrants, with a face value of Rs 10.00 each, at an issue price of Rs 12.50 per share. The allotment, made to Vacro Enterprises Private Limited and Qmin Realities Private Limited, involved the receipt of Rs 3,18,75,000 in one or more tranches, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 3,46,59,000 to Rs 68,65,9000.
