Prism Johnson closes trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results

Prism Johnson Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that the trading window for trading in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading.
