Flexituff Ventures restricts securities dealings for insiders until after financial results release

Flexituff Ventures International Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings for promoters, directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
