Nanavati Ventures closes trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Nanavati Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, up to 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
